Delivery Policy

Delivery by a GIFTMARTDIRECT.COM Florist

We can deliver flowers, plants, and specialty gifts to the United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. Substitution may be necessary to ensure your gift is delivered on the day you requested. Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the delivery area.

Exotic Flowers and Plants

Due to the limited availability of exotic flowers and plants, next day delivery is required. Delivery is available Monday through Saturday.

Holiday Delivery
We reserve the right to alter the cut-off time for same day shipping during holiday peaks.

Delivery by FedEx® or UPS®

At this time, flowers, plants, and specialty gifts delivered by FedEx® or UPS® are only available for delivery in the United States. Overnight Next Day, Two Day, Standard Delivery (within 3 business days), or Saturday Delivery are available for most products. Perishable items may require Next Day or Two Day Delivery to avoid spoilage. Delivery to hospitals and remote areas may take an additional 3-5 days. Shipping costs vary based on the merchandise amount. A $12.99 surcharge applies to delivery to Alaska and Hawaii. Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the delivery area. Shipping address changes will result in a $10.00 charge and order cancellations will result in loss of delivery fee.

Recipient Unavailability

If the recipient is unavailable to receive the delivery the package delivery service may leave the package if no one is home; a signature is not required. Your package will be left in a safe place at the recipients address.

Undeliverable Locations

We can deliver to almost 100% of U.S., Alaska and Hawaii households. However, we can't deliver to a few places, due to the rules and restrictions of these special locations.

Hospitals

• Floral
  Most hospitals don’t allow deliveries to the Intensive Care Units (ICU) or the Critical Care Units (CCU) of hospitals. If your order is going to a hospital make sure the recipient is not into the ICU or CCU units. If the recipient is in any of the units we will hold the order until the recipient is release into a regular room. Your order will be delivered then.
• Specialty Gift and Fresh Cuts
  Most hospitals don’t allow deliveries to the Intensive Care Units (ICU) or the Critical Care Units (CCU) of hospitals. If your order is going to a hospital make sure the recipient is not into the ICU or CCU units. If the recipient is in any of the units we will hold the order until the recipient is release into a regular room. Your order will be delivered then. Why are no Sunday deliveries?
There are no Sunday deliveries because our shippers do not offer Sunday deliveries at this time.

Other
Additionally, we can't deliver to:

·  cruise ships

·  planes

·  trains

·  cemeteries

·  post office boxes or APO's
