GIFTMARTDIRECT.COM is the sole owner of the information collected on www.giftmartdirect.com. We collect information from our users at several different points on our web site. When a user is visiting our site without telling us who you are however, We gather information to allow us to process your orders, to personalize and enhance your shopping experience and for contest(s) use.

In general, you can visit our Sites without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. In order to better provide you with numerous products and services, each of our Sites collects two types of information about its visitors: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information.

1. What information do we gather?

The information is collected through our website, emails and or catalog, including when you place a order we may collect the following information: Your name, telephone number, email address, billing information (credit card number, expiration date and billing address) occasion type (birthday, anniversary, etc.), products purchased, any relevant promotion code, message, and recipient’s information you enter is collected even if you cancel or do not complete an order.

2. Placing an Order

Personal Information is required when placing an order with us, on our order form. A user must provide contact information (including billing address, email address, telephone (s) and financial information (credit card #, billing address etc.) is saved. This information is used for billing purpose and to fill our customers’ orders. If we have trouble with an order we use the information to contact the customer. Our customers Personal Account is password protected from third parties.

The recipient phone number, which you furnish to us when you place an order, is used for delivery purposes. On some occasions, the recipient may be called to schedule delivery. To maintain our high quality standards, we will occasionally contact recipients to ensure satisfaction with their gift.

Customers can save their information for future use by signing in our customer service department and filling out the form for future use. The information is saved and is password protected and if for any reason you forget your login name and or password click on the send me my password and it will be automatic sent to you.

3 Use of Cookies/Clear GIFs Cookies:

Like many other commercial sites, our Sites utilize standard technologies called "cookies" and clear GIFs to collect information about how our Sites is used. Opt Out / Modify

We do not send unsolicited promotional email and we respect our customers' mail preferences. GIFTMARTDIRECT.COM gives you several options for altering or removing your information from the database at any time.

Our users are given the opportunity to ‘opt-out´ of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for information.
